Shayla’s depth and breadth of experience and more than a decade of working in the trenches alongside business continuity, disaster recovery and resilience professionals and programs for organizations ranging from Fortune 1 to small businesses, academic institutions, and governmental bodies has made her invaluable in her current role leading the teams that support customers on a daily basis. Prior to joining Infinite Blue, she was a veteran of the resilience practices at Assurance and Sunguard.

Shayla is known for her ability to solution complex issues and build high-performing teams with a customer-first approach and commitment to delivering exceptional value.  When she’s not solving the world’s challenges, Shayla enjoys spending time with her family and finding a good meal in a new city.
