Infinite Blue is the leading platform for enterprise resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning and response.  We are looking for an Information Technology (IT) Administrator to join our team.

As an IT Administrator, you will play a vital role supporting Infinite Blue’s technology needs with a focus on the systems and applications that employees and contractors use in their day-to-day responsibilities. While Infinite Blue runs most of its business systems in the cloud, the IT administrator holds responsibilities for administration, ensuring seamless integrations of corporate technology and enabling employees/contractors to meet client expectations.  You will work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for formulating approaches to employee and contractor needs in a standard, scalable way.  This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, grasp business needs, propose and implement solutions, and streamline corporate IT processes and policies.  The IT administrator at Infinite Blue interacts with every employee and contractor and therefore this position requires a high level of customer service and empathy.  Additionally, you are not expected to know all the technologies in use at Infinite Blue, but rather the expectation is to understand the fundamentals of corporate IT and running a business from the cloud and be willing to learn and master the technologies in use.

This position is located in Audubon, PA and requires the candidate to be in the office four days a week with Friday work from home.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain corporate IT systems and technologies
  • Managing and maintain internet services and equipment
  • Manage all IT assets in inventory; scan for new software and address discrepancies
  • Manage third-party relationships with vendors for the technologies used to run the business
  • Set up new employee access/contractor laptops and access rights
  • Ensure highest customer service to employees for IT help desk tickets (issue/resolution)
  • Ensure laptops and peripheral equipment working and meeting the work needs of the end-users
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving hardware, software, and networking issues when they arise
  • Collaboration with software and infrastructure engineering on SOC 2 Type II including evidence collection; participate in internal security reviews and assessments; define approach to support CIS 20 as it relates to Corporate IT capabilities, processes and controls
  • Partner with human resources and office facilities for employee technology needs and building access
  • Work with both CTO and CSO regarding the security of the corporate systems
  • Document processes and knowledge needed to support and maintain business systems and applications
  • Manage to budget, and participate in the budget process for IB Technology related to corporate IT expenses
  • Occasionally perform maintenance off hours on network to ensure minimal downtime of technologies used to run the business

Skills Requirements

  • Five or more years of system administration, network, and IT support experience required
