Customer Advocacy Coordinator

Infinite Blue is the leading platform for resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery planning and response. We are in search of a Customer Advocacy Coordinator to join our expanding team. 

We are relentless in our pursuit of customer satisfaction in helping build, mature and maintain resilient organizations.As a Customer Advocacy Coordinator, you will serve on the Customer Advocacy team directly supporting and facilitating customer needs.  Specifically, you will provide administrative support to the Customer Advocacy team through a variety of activities aimed to provide efficient, timely, and accurate support of customer accounts.  This includes coordinating and organize customer account information, preparing and ensuring accurate and timely flow of key documents (e.g., contracts, renewals, invoices, etc.), tracking customer support activities, organizing activity flow, supporting customer requests and other duties to ensure customers are supported to a high level of satisfaction.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Advocacy (account management) team
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Engage with customers directly on assigned account support tasks
  • Prepare, track, and disseminate key documents (e.g., contracts, renewals, invoices, etc.)
  • Manage accurate and quality customer account information
  • Build and disseminate reports, analytics, and trends in support of customer needs
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams on projects and activities
  • Assist with efficient flow and completion of inbound request
  • Coordinate and track customer account support activities
  • Coordinate artifact repository for customer account support 
  • Receive, organize and support Third Party Risk Assessments and other customer required documents, assessments, or requests
  • Gather KPIs and complete Customer Success reporting

Required Qualifications 

  • Strong relationship development and management skills, good interpersonal skill set
  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail and outstanding follow-up skills 
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple activities at a time
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills 
  • Strong problem resolution and decision-making skills 
  • Proficiency in English 

Preferred Qualifications

  • ABCP or higher designation from DRII, or BCI or experience in BC/DR field
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) including project management software
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt or other project management credentials/background
  • Multi-lingual
