Performance Marketing Manager

Infinite Blue is a global leading provider of extendable apps for organizational resiliency and low-code development platforms for enterprises and independent software vendors. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team.  The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for managing demand generation across all stages of the B2B buyer and customer journeys.

Our ideal candidate will bring an abundance of marketing skills, including lead generation, content creation, campaign management, content creation, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).  This role focuses on campaign-specific results and drives the marketing department’s commercial performance. Writing skills are a must in this position, as a key focus will be developing digital content and email campaigns.

The Performance Marketing Manager will report to the VP of Marketing.

This position is located in Collegeville, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan across all our solutions; including drip campaigns and targeted campaigns
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment; analyzing and recommending modifications to ad spends
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Working closely with marketing and sales team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
  • Working with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to help develop externally facing content pieces including case studies, eBooks, landing pages, video scripts, blogs, and info sheets
  • Manage website messaging and content, by making updates and/or working with web developer
  • Collaborate with creative team to concept new ad themes
  • Establish and manage quarterly and annual key performance indicators and budgets for demand generation programs to ensure spend is allocated to the highest-performing marketing tactics.
    • Provide executive-level transparency to demand generation results in weekly, monthly, and quarterly views.
    • Support leadership with presentations to support quarterly reviews of demand generation campaign results.
    • Manage budgets and deliverables of third-party agencies, freelancers, and contractors.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or growth at a fast-paced (ideally B2B SaaS) company
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with CRM lead management tools (such as Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo and Oracle Eloqua)
  • Familiarity with the leading digital and social marketing platforms (such as Google and LinkedIn)
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills
  • Cross-functional communication skills including:
    • Project planning and management
    • Ability to build relationships with departments outside marketing including sales, IT, customer success and product management
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to storyboard, write, design, and deliver compelling presentations to senior leaders
  • Attention to detail
  • Minimum desired degree in Marketing, Communications, and/or related
  • Able to wear multiple hats
