Infinite Blue is a global leading provider of extendable apps for organizational resiliency and low-code development platforms for enterprises and independent software vendors. We are in search of a Solutions Consultant to join our expanding sales organization. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Pre-Sales and Account Management in SaaS software, business continuity, or disaster planning. You should be confident articulating your ideas in written, verbal, and visual forms.

This position is location in our Collegeville, PA office.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Conduct effective discovery of customer needs and requirements
  • Coordinate presentation and demonstration activities with sales and sales management
  • Support the completion of application and/or technical RFI/RFP responses
  • Propose solutions for customers and prospects and participate in proposal development
  • Foster relationships with customers to elevate engagement from client/vendor to partner/partner
  • Develop unique, use-case driven presentations and SaaS demonstrations supported by effective industry and customer specific research
  • Pre-demo prep and configuration of system to fit the needs of the prospective client.
  • Manage effective transition of new accounts to Professional Services team, and partner with COE and other functional groups to identify industry trends and continually refine best practices
  • Provide competitive and product capability feedback to Marketing and Product Management
  • Provide Trial support for all applications
  • Maintain decks and supplemental materials for all the above activities
  • Attending trade shows and industry conferences
Basic Qualifications
  • Coachable, enthusiasm for critical thought, commitment to professional growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; polished presentation skills
  • Strong active listener with a proven ability to build relationships with all levels of staff
  • Proven time management and organization skills are necessary. Must demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritize multiple priorities
  • Can do attitude and results driven
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud application technologies
  • Ability to articulate on technical solutions in a concise, clear and convincing way to non-technical and technical audiences
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant technology start-up experience
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the role that a Solution Consultant plays in helping start, shape and win deals!
  • Exposure to formal sales methodologies ie: SPIN, Proactive, Challenger, TAS, MEDDIC, etc.
  • Strong proposal writing experience on technical sections, including being able to lead a team on content
  • 5+ years of pre-sales consulting or sales engineering for software platform or SaaS/Software products
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • A keen ability to focus on a customer’s pains and solve them with products and/or services.
